At first, celery didn’t appear to me as a super healthy food because in Poland we don’t have celery. I had no idea what celery was when I saw it at the store. The flavor of celery didn’t impress me nor did the texture after cooking it but after I had done some research about the health benefits of celery, I wanted to incorporate it into my diet because of its amazing benefits. I decided to juice it and loved it! I recommend finding your way to eat celery because of its remarkable qualities.

Below are benefits of celery that will give you many reasons to include this rewarding stick into your diet. All of the celery’s parts: from its leaves to its ribs, its seeds to roots, can give the body the healthy boost it needs.

All celery, no matter the variety, has an excellent amount of vitamins and minerals. Celery has vitamins A, B2, B6, C, and K. These vitamins contribute to better skin, healthy weight loss, and all of the benefits below described in-depth. Also, celery also has the much-needed minerals of potassium, manganese, calcium, magnesium, and sodium. Celery strengthens teeth, aids in mental stimulation and clarity helps you to avoid exhaustion and prevents many diseases.
