Enjoy this wonderful recipe of zucchini cakes! They are super easy to make and with healthy ingredients. Ingredients 1 tsp olive oil 1 small yellow onion, grated 2 garlic clove 2 cups grated zucchini ½ tsp salt 2 eggs ¼ cup coconut flour 2 tbsp flax meal ½ tsp baking powder Cayo coconut yogurt to garnish Directions Heat half of the olive oil in a large skillet.
