An elimination diet is used for people who have been struggling with poor health for years. It’s also for people who have poor digestion, or unknown issues and illnesses that they can’t quite put their finger on. The Elimination Diet is also designed to reduce inflammation.

My protocol eliminates more foods than the Big 10 because we don’t really know what is causing our issues. I like to go for a full elimination diet, because I see better results with it. This elimination diet lasts twelve weeks, but most last for three to six weeks.
