You probably don’t know what “raw food is”?

I love Raw “cooking.” I enjoy the creativity it gave me, and the results are amazing.

Raw food is full of oxygen, phytochemicals, vitamins, and minerals — all the best you can give to your body. Eating living food gives you an incredible boost of energy, better sleep, mental clarity, makes your body alkaline, lower cholesterol improves mood and above all vitality.

“To eat is human, to digest divine” – Mark Twain

Eating clean and living food makes you feel more connected to the earth. The critical side of this lifestyle is – getting in touch with your whole being.

The definition of raw food or living food is the food that has not been cooked or exposed to temperatures over 110 F. When foods are heated above 110 F they lose living enzymes, which are essential for the chemical processes in your body. This process especially affects digestion. We need enzymes to digest food. Without enzymes our metabolic process slows down, becoming inefficient. Enzymes are the indispensable catalysts, which enable the body to utilize vitamins and minerals. They extremely heat sensitive and are not able to survive the cooking process.

The soul of the raw food experience is consuming food in its natural state. It is less a diet than a lifestyle. It is a way to regenerate and rejuvenate your body starting with the very cells that make it all up. You will feel fresher and lighter than you have in years. Providing live enzymes, fiber, vitamins, minerals, and pure energy within raw food can heal and detoxify your body.

Raw living food goes beyond salads. It brings you a multitude of tastefully exquisite variations to choose from. The more fresh and living food we consume, the healthier our minds and bodies will become. Better yet, our capacity for enjoying our lives expands with our better health. Even our capacity for joy is affected positively!

Try to incorporate more raw food into your lifestyle.

Angie
